What does it consist of? An ideal discipline for working on elegance, toning the deep muscles of the abdomen and back, gaining flexibility and improving body posture.
Class dynamics: Bare work (where each person adjusts the intensity), adapted center and diagonal movements with carefully selected music.
Flamenco and Spanish

What does it consist of? Perfect for releasing energy, working on musical rhythm, coordination and arm and footwork strength.
Class dynamics: Stepped footwork and placement exercises, accompanied by choreographic arrangements of traditional styles (sevillanas, rumbas, etc.).
